Hello all and welcome to the Hempstead Mens Swimming website 2.0 new and improved over last years site hopefully version 2.0 is easier to navigate and will contain even more new content.

Technically this site you are currently on is not the main website instead this is a separate website whose sole purpose is to give u daily updates on team news and to alert you when I have added new content to the main web page.

In case your wondering how to get to the main site I'll post the link here and there will also be a permanent link in the side bar on the right hand side of the page
